Scott Conant

Scott Conant is an American chef, restauranteur, and foodstuff personaliy, born in Waterbury, Connecticut on February 19th, 1971. Scott is of Italian descent on his mother's facet, and commenced cooking at a youthful age, taking cooking lessons at the local group school at age eleven. At age fifteen, he enrolled in a trade school for culinary arts, ahead of moving on to the Culinary Institute of The us. Conant at the moment life in New York Metropolis with his spouse, Meltem and daughter Ayla, and also owns a home in Miami Beach front, Florida. He at the moment owns two dining establishments: "Scarpetta" Miami, and "Scarpetta" NYC.

Scott is distant relative of Roger Conant, the founder of Salem, Massachusetts.
