Roasted Cherry Tomatoes


Substances


4 pints cherry tomatoes


Freshly floor black pepper


20 clean basil leaves, chopped or julienned


Directions



  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Toss the tomatoes evenly with olive oil on a sheet pan. Unfold them out into one layer and sprinkle generously with kosher salt and pepper. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, right up until the tomatoes are soft.

  3. Transfer the tomatoes to a serving platter and sprinkle with basil leaves and sea salt. Provide scorching or at place temperature.
